show me how rincon...because the first tim i did it without relays, it was stupiid dim, and like gold said, getting the low beams to stay on when the lights were on, didnt work. maybe if your running hid's you dont need all this, but if your going all oem you do, because...when your low beams are on in the 9005/9006 system, one wire on the high and low beam bulb has 12v on it. when low beams are on, the wire to the lowbeam bulb on the other side is grounded. and the other wire on the high beam side has 12v on it as well, so the high beam side has 2 positive 12v feeds on it. when you switch to high beams, one 12v leg drops. and the circuit is completed. its done throught the factory relay.
now, if the high beam bulb didnt see 12v on both legs when it was off, then yes, you would not need a relay. but since the 9005/6 bulbs are 2 prong single filiment bulbs, and the h4 are 3 prong dual filiment bulbs, please explain to me how this works. because i tried every way under the sun to avoid doing the relays and having it work on oem switching....

i cant get the high beams to work seperatlley from the low beams...with or without the relay..i honestly dont know what im doin wrong...but what i have now is amess of eletrical tape and spade connectors..... something is off about either me or the diagram or the instructions..im not sure..but i tried to follow them. the three wires that come from the headlight are already coming from the 3 prongs so i didnt even need another h4 connector.........no one explained this.......ill give it another shot tuesday i guess

Need help figuring out this conversion. I got the low beams to work just no the high. Thinking about getting dual filament h4/9003 bulbs for double duty

No it was too confusing when I looked at it lol. I just bought the h4 plug connected the black wire to the white with black stripe on the low beam and the red with green on the low beam to the red wire and the low beams worked fine. The diagram looks complicated. Sry not to familiar with electric wires and all

well i figured it out for now anyways. i still have no high beams but i dont really care for them atm. buy a 9003 headlight connection (got mine from autozone), connect the black wire on the 9003 to the white w/black stripe on the low beam (thats your ground), the red wire to the red w/green stripe on the low beam, and the green wire to the red w/yellow stripe and red w/green stripe on the high beams and youre all set !!!!!!! like i said no high beam but if youre ok without than this is the easiest setup IMO anyways. hope this helps

The high beams have to be grounded seperate to the car not grounded to the plug or else the high beam will be on all the time , If you have a HID high and low beam bulb

I'm just gonna switch the green wire on the 9003 to the the red with green stripe wire and then connect the red with yellow wire to a ground like you said. Once I thought about it it was pretty simple. I just get impatient lol
