Nope . No spark means ECM ( Electronic Control Module ) Which in some cars is the brain . You said you had some one do your wiring ?

Tweak'd Performance LLC did it!! I dont know who he is or even if he is the one who did chiko's & john's , But its gonna be one or the other the ECM or the wiring but if you think back you said your fan stays running when you turn the key on ? Possible that one wire is in the wrong spot , Plus I dont think there is a ECM tester .

You might want to check your fuse box you might have blown a fuse like the efi one I remember Chiko had no spark in his 20v and we couldn't figure it out until Andrew came and checked that changed the efi fuse bang started right up

Well I checked all that was suggested by every one (and sk149 the silver top doesn't come with the sensor that you showed me in your pics only the BT does) I'm going to replace igniter cause every thing ealse checked out!! I'm going to get the igniter from a 4runner!!!

If I may,
When buying either a 1st or 2nd Gen Silvertop there in the States, don't they don't sell them with the Air Flow Meter (AFM)? Fortunate for us here in the Phils. it comes with it.
IMHO, without the AFM, it won't start of course as seen in the video (you were test starting the car right?).
Unless, you can rewire the engine harness and use a BT ECU (manual or matic) instead, getting rid of the AFM, and using a MAP sensor and air intake sensor like those of the 4AFEs.
In our experience with ST ECUs and AFMs, the engine is a bit restricted, and the ECU has issues of breakage like capacitor leaks and all vs the BT ECU. ST engine doesn't right also the AFM is not working right. Most of us ST users here have opted for the BT ECU...
I had my ST ECU replaced just last year, and I'm happy the way the car rides now with a BT ECU from a BZ Touring Wagon Corolla...
My advise, if anyone is gonna do a 20valver swap, aim for the BT,,, But then again, the ST also a good engine since its internal components are a bit beefier than the BT... either way, use a BT ECU and MAP sensor, get rid of the AFM...

Use this set up: sk149's BT ECU set-up on an ST... that sensor below is an MAP, much like the 4AFEs... Like I said, AFM's got issues as well with an ST ECU... When rewiring it to a BT ECU, you'll need a 22-pin out socket instead of the (12?) that's on the ST wiring. On the issue of the fan starting, there's a sensor on your right, just below the head...

I really want to try to use all ST parts... But if I can't pull this shit off, I'll just go to option 2.

Just in case, hope you can find a BT ECU, because they are very hard to find nowadays. And if ever they do, it comes with a cost. I was almost gonna get one from Indonesia. Even if we're fortunate here in Asia with all the JDM goodies, parts become more rare than before... You can never go wrong with a BT ECU in an ST engine... And, you will be able to use those super trumpets hahahahaha...
