Denso or NGK is best on the 4AFE. Not to question your intelligence...but you sure you got the plugs back on correctly? Seems as tho this is something simple or something overlooked.

Unless you have a high spark engine but those plugs you have are a FAIL .... You need to go with Denso with a OEM plug and you will see the difference and it will run better .... The plugs you have are for high spark and your engine cant keep up the heat so your plugs fail ..... If your car doesnt call for irridiums or platniums ....Then stay with OEM regular until you turbo

hey...you dont have to buy new plugs...you said your plugs are brand new and just because they are iridium wont make your care misfire...you have another issue other than the plugs
iridiums are just upgrades...they would not make them for your car if they are just for "high spark vehicles"...or whatever...iridiums make slightly more power and slightly better mileage...that is all...just as if you put copper cores you would get slightly less power and mileage than the factory platinum cores...
you need to do some trouble shooting and find out what is causing your problem...
look at your engine while running at night and see if your spark is arcing onto anything...ie...loose connector on dizzy cap...crack in dizzy cap... loose connector or hole in a boot inside your spark plug tubes...your spark plug tubes in the head are metal...so if you have even the tiniest hole in the spark plug wire boot it will arc out onto the tube...
do some trouble shooting and you will find the problem

misfiring could be a bad injector too, maybe its not spraying, like its squirting or not turning on, also what you should do is turn the car on and unplug the spark plug wires one by one and find which cylinder is not firing properly

did you try what i told you to do? did you took the spark plugs wires out one at a time? while the car was running? i would go and spend some cheap plugs before anything, also you can go to the junk yard and grab injectors, do some test before buy expensive stuff
