If you have a 1zz and plan on swapping intake manifolds heres some faq for ya 8thgen 1ZZ intake manifold Pro: Its metal Con: The Airflow design is horrible 9thgen 1ZZ intake manifold Pro: Improved airflow design Con: It's plastic but who cares its pretty tough Celica GT-S/Corolla XRS 2ZZ intake manifold Pro: Better airflow design over the 9thgen 1ZZ manifold and bigger ports Con's: i dunno *To install the 2ZZ manifold to the 1ZZ you will need a spacer to be fabbed out of aluminum with a teflon gasket . * if swapping the 8thgen manifold to the 9thgen one make sure the throttle body is included cuz the 8thgen is a 3 bolt while the 9thgen is a 4 bolt. Gains in upgrading typically result in a mid range pick up to get better gain something like camcon or emanange blue etc. is needed to tune

How good can a plastic manifold hold nitrous? lots of ppl done it with 50shot only been threads of it exploding cuz of ppl using shitty nitrous parts causing flooding and then detonation fully built 1ZZ systemerror user on 9thgen holding 30PSI

does this include the tenth gens? cause my intake looks very familiar to the plastic manifold above (the reason i say similar is cause i have never taken it out so idk exactly what it looks like lol)

Ask me how I know. LMAO!

instead of going for emanage or w.e why not just swap the ECU? or are they different on the years up? i would just get the ecu that goes with the same intake

porting and polishing the head he already has will give him more gain than just slapping on a head with "bigger ports". and the only way youll get the most out of the port and polish is with a good intake and a good sized cam. and not to mention TUNING. for 1zz's and 2zz's the best option ive heard of as far as piggybacks go is the APEXI PowerFC.

PFC for the XRS yes for the 1zz there isnt a harness made for the 1zz and i dont think abuelo isnt goin all out on it to add it aint a piggyback its a full standalone
