Nope just working on fabricating a new bracket for my rack and pinion there's a long bolt that wont allow the Turbo to sit low enough. And bought new head studs and nuts to hold all thenew weight and to allow the proper amount Of thread through the nut to compensate for the thicker falnge on the manifold

Ok finally got everything to fit nicely took long then I wanted but that's ok just need to finish fuel rail and piping to intercooler and design a custom downpipe

Finished the intercooler piping to the hot side just need 2 90s to finish the intake side ordered new clamps. Was going to get a fmu but decided to get the greddy e management ultimate ecu to use with my injectors and to Eliminate the maf sensor. I have a friend designing a cnc made custom rack and pinion bracket aswell to fix the problem of my Turbo 2cm off the mounting area for the bracket so if and when the motor torqued the Turbo would hit but hopefully well have that fixed with the new bracket.

Man I'm trying lol didn't help myself getting a 57trim Turbo should have got a smaller one but all is good just trying to do it right I think ill start it when its done but I think I'm going to put rods and pistons in before I go to the track

what brand turbo you using?i have a garret t28, and from all the research ive been doing, since the block is built,custom plenum and all im going to be boosting real high, so im starting to rethink the turbo ima be using

^^ remember that a t25 or t28 was running on a 2.0 SR20det and made good power, or you can find a cheap ct-26 turbo that runs a 3.0L 7mgte which is what i got, i closed my waste gate, open down pipe, and intercooler, and this car goes sideways now, and never did before, and im loving it.
also chiko with the ct-26 you can bore out the cold housing to a 57 or 60 trim blade/wheel using garrets internal, so pretty much people will thing you have a stock ct-26 which you know you dont and people are not gonna know that, thats what im doing to mine

Hey pnky your the Turbo expert. You said its gonna have lots of lag. But I have a high compression motor. Wouldn't that eliminate boost lag? If not should I raise the compression. Unfortunately I didn't invest in a Garrett.... yet... I'm gonna wait till I kill the one I have I got it from DNA racing its from a eclipse or a evolution can remember.

Alright! I decided to sell the kinsler fuel rail that I was gonna drill and tap and got a mwr fuel rail and got the rest of my intercooler piping and have welded my steeringbarcket up so my turbo won't hit so now just gotta put everythingin this weekend and wait on my new air filter and I can start it up finally!

I will have finished pictures besides a couple odds and end like my filter custom downpipe and gauges next weekend... This weekend I'm making sure my rack & pionion bracket fits right and and prep up my downpipe had to send my intercooler piping back because they sent 2" insteaded of 2.25 and blue couplings instead of black but should have them Tuesday. Other then that I'm almost done with the turbo then on to more things like a custom funnel for the intercooler and sway bars some limiting straps and 02 frontend conversion.

8 to 10 psi yea its a 4 speed auto... I'm putting all my attention on the motor then doing the outside hopefully soon
