On the other hose you can, just make sure you seal off the hose going into the intake manifold. As for the pcv, yes, and no. You can have a catch can on there with breather filters on it. But you should not just get rid of the hose entirely. Or are you asking if you can put a breather filter on both the intake side of the hose and the block side, or just 1 of the 2? And if this helps, here is how mine is: Catch can on left, breather filter on right.

ah, well I guess if you were to put a breather filter on both sides of the hose, it'd have no problem at all, but a catch can is usually better, because let's say you have some oil get back up in there, eventually, a breather filter will become saturated and then it could drip out, which would look nasty lol You can find catch cans with breather filters on them though, it's a REALLY easy mod, and adds to the looks of the engine bay too!

I remember hearing breather filters aren't a good idea. Has to do with blow-by or something. Be sure to get that catch can as soon as you can.

Also, if you have emission laws they'll be a bitch, but down here there are none, so it's all good lol

Good, make sure when you do your exhaust then you drop the cat and go with a header, test pipe and a straight thru racing muffler, more gains than having a cat, plus better smelling exhaust

That would be a good idea and it all depends on the set up. I hope you succeed at it.
