Hi everyone, I'm a long time member in the Corolla community including Toyota Nation and Club Lexus forum. I'm from Kansas City but originally from Los Angeles and family from El Salvador. My background is a knowledgeable certified line technician at a local Toyota dealership and will start at my new position at Lexus in june 19th. I have a 95 Corolla and a 92 Lexus ES300 with a rare 5 speed. I'm in the progress of a build that hopefully will spark interest to many Corolla members. I'm swapping a 3mzfe 3.3L V6 engine from a 2004 Sienna and the E153 Solara V6 5 speed transaxle in place of the old 4AFE engine. Here's a few pics I like to share and my link to my build thread at Toyota Nation. Saludos a Todos! My build thread: www.toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=627770

Thanks bro and I will start one sometime this week. The engine is rated at 230hp/242tq since it's off a 2004 Sienna. It's not in the car yet and I'm still collecting other parts to make the swap like mr2 inner axles, carrier, st185 alltrac/88-91 Camry V6 outer axles, computer, refresh engine and transmission. Wiring may be a pain but it'll be worth it all stuffed in a stock lookin corolla

So far this is what I have and spent: -$400 stock 95 shell with blown 4AFE w/good C50 5 speed -$500 3mzfe engine with harness -$100 E153 transmission -$185 MR2 turbo axle shaft/stubs (non LSD) *pending shipment
A Corolla owner in Canada has an AE102 with a 3VZFE engine swap from the 92-93 Camry. There was no actual document on the swap info so I have thought of it and wanted to do one with a different V6 model when I had a 94 AE101 in the Corolla racing and TRD forum days.
Since V6 swaps is becoming mainstream on other cars I thought why not do it. There's cars like Sentra with VQ35 swap, Civic with J30/32/35, and Mazda 323/Protégé with KLDE and KLZE swap which I will do with my brother on his 88 323 SE 4dr.
I'm trying to keep it under $2,500 and since I work for Toyota and Lexus next week my discounts will apply. Passenger side mount will be custom and the other mounts will be a mix of my Corolla and other models with possibly minor mods. Some things will be custom so I will document as much info as possible to guide others that will be interested to do such swap.

Who else besides me are doing such swap? I know of one so far and we're friends on Facebook. Bad news is the person I wanted to buy the MR2 inner axles never sent my paid parts, going through PayPal resolution center to report bad sale. Now I need to find another buyer to sell me MR2 turbo Non LSD inner axle shafts. Still collecting other parts as we speak and may eventually send out my harness to Dr. Tweak since I don't have such good tools to make harness unless otherwise I find a way to do it myself in a stock professional way and tucked nicely into my Corolla engine bay. Hope some good news after this as it keeps progressing surely but slowly.

The auto parts store don't sell the MR2 inner shaft and stub. It's a dealer item only or used. I wish they did sell them to reduce the cost of getting them from the dealer.
