Cheap is no good. Save your money and get some bc br coil overs or ksport kontrol pro coil overs

cheapest is cutting the springs, but I wouldn't recommend that to anyone. You might can get some Eibach springs with a reasonable drop. They won't cost much and should run ok on stock struts. Other springs that give a low low drop will probably cause the struts to fail since they aren't designed for lowering springs.

Yea I agree with trife although I must say putting springs on used struts won't feel too Gd for long. Best bang for ur buck works be to get new struts with the new springs

buy some coil over sleeves but your ride will be noisy and rough - plus you will blow your oem struts out

unfortunately you cant ride with out springs in that year cause they go from fat to short in the front , if you do your car wont be able to go to fat and you will bust your oil pan
