Hi everyone. I need an advice for my 8th gen Corolla.
At the moment, my car aggressively pull to the left or right when I drive over uneven road or road that have patches. I already replaced tie rod, inner tie rod, absorber mounting and steering rack bushing/grommet. My alignment is straight and other suspension component are still in good conditions.
My question are, what can causes the front end tires to pull aggressively like that? And is it normal for the steering rack housing to still move side to side even after I replaced with new one? some forum also mention that it's normal.
I went by to the workshop, they said it's normal since I'm using wide rims (205/40/17) somehow I cant shake the feeling that steering rack should not move unless the bushing is worn or loose.
Pls advice me on these matter ASAP. dont want to spend more money on unnecessary fix.

When you replaced the rack and pinion did you replace the bushings ?? Cause the old ones will be stretched out and when you put the new one in your putting it a bigger whole and the rack should NOT slide side to side .
Plus driving on a uneven road doesn't help cause yes your car will pull on a uneven road especially if they have grooves in them .
