you have your radiator fan connected to the radio? if so thats your problems they keep blowing, the radiator fan pulls a lot of power that can burn or melt your wires, they pull a lot of amps, and you have to use heavy gauge wires, so either check your fuse and relay to see why your radiator is not turning on from the factory location or it could be your temp sensor not doing good, theres a sensor for the 4a/7a motors that controls the fan if it gets too high, if you disconnect it, the fan automatically turns on and stays on untill you take the key off.

Ant i needed to connect the rad fan to something that is in accessory so I chose the radio. Heavy is that the sensor that is connected to the thermostat. If so when i remove that the smaller fan turns on not the big rad fan.

im not sure for that year but i know like the 93-97 rolla has the gray sensor under the distributor. well it might not turn on cause you already located the fan to some where else. i would change it asap cause i melted wires before just by test it. i would say connect the big fan back and unplug that wire, and if the big fan does turn on i can help you make a manual switch so you can turn it on when ever you want.
edit yea it should be with the thermostat, so thats the plug for sure if im correct.

Why not replace the sensor that turns your fan on ?? It might be just the relay switch for the fan is burnted out ??

I've swapped the relays already and the fan does not turn on..I had found another sensor at the yard and nothing..I did notice that the plug that come from the car not the fan seems to be burn out..but I'm not sure if I sure cut the current one and just patch up another in its place. I did try the switch but sometimes I forgot to turn on the fan..lol

Follow the wire and replace it , Sometimes they have a fuseable wire where it will burn out internally , So if your wire feels or looks fat and soft then most likely you have to rewire it from the sensor , If you would have stopped b y my house on your way to busch gardens I might have been able to look at it .. LMAO
