Another good tip is to make sure Josh(SlowRolla) Doesnt tighten the filter or else you will never get it off. Lmao! Had to Josh

In all honesty, for normal driving conditions, changing oil regullarly should make filter selection irrelevant. But oil grade and weight on the other hand is far more important...

15w40 royal purple in the 20v , fram extra guard. alot of people frown on fram but do this......pull a fram out of the box , and compare the size of the oil passages to the size of the passages on a mobile or K&N. on that note , ill never use a K&N again....liked to have never got it off , and that little stamped steel "nut" on the end , isnt worth shit.
the fram allows more oil to flow....key to life of a high revving engine.
