Thanks for the words of encouragement Kiyo. I finally removed the timing belt, belt tensioner and idler. I will definitely replace the belt and idler. The tensioner seems to be good and checked out ok. By the book... Removed timing covers, removed crankshaft pulley bolt and pulley. You will need an impact and most likely a pulley puller. Line up crankshaft timing gear marks. Ensure the marks on the camshaft pulley are also alligned. Remove the two nuts holding on the tensioner. And walk the tensioner off. Now you can remove the belt. Then remove the idler pulley if you are replacing it.

found the 20V manual online....i've done my homework And about the tie rods, I'm replacing all the suspension parts. New coilovers, ball joints, tie rod ends, and bushings. So I'm aware it will need to be aligned after it's all said and done. Plus I'm also replacing all whell bearings. In fact I got them at my shop right now and tearing them apart. I will be stocking and painting the axle hubs soon.

I didn't keep the packaging or the part#'s. I ordered mine by part #...not make or model. Use toyodiy.com to find the part #'s for the cap and rotor. Then you can use the other link I posted to cross reference the number. Tensioner won't cross to USDM. You can get one from passracing or egay. Never tried crossing the waterpump...but I'm almost sure it won't cross either.
