okay im going nuts right now.everyone knows i just tuned my car and got 145whp, and what the tuner kept talking about is that it sucks that the most timing he can do is just the distributor since im running a piggyback, not trying to get a standalone because ima use a standalone on the brown 7agte.so the reason is why im going crazy is that i know obx took out the 4age20v headers for rwd 2years ago, and now that just took out "CAM GEARS" for the 20v's.ching ching ching for the low low.but whats making me think is the way it looks like, the design, am i going to be able to keep vvt with these cams" because it is really different and has that offset in the middle which is what the original cams have in order to hold that spring.so if so, oh baby am i really going to get fine tuned with the e85 setup.so, will thiss keep my vvt? cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBX-Adj-Cam-Gear-Sprocket-85-87-Toyota-AE86-4AG-20V-bl-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem5adec93cf7QQitemZ390284786935QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

if you get them your vvti will nolonger work. i would look into a vtech controller. or maybe just swapping one of the cams over (the one without vvt)

you know that obx make replicas of other parts so your best bet is to search for a better brand and see wat they say.

but thats what im saying, take a good look at it,the intake cam doesnt look like ytour regular cam gear, it has that middle piece stick out way too far just like the stock one that has it for the spring mechanism.
