You don't need a lot of money to make power, there are ways to make power without spending a fortune. But You need money to build a reliable car, you also cant just dump money on a build either, I have seen fully built engines with no budget limits and only make 200 horsepower.

True I agree with you but I didn't mean to say you have to spend a fortune to make power ... Just spend money period on the right parts to make power ... Point is if you want a reliable powerful motor got to fully build it and right

Yea chiko I regret that I got hurt and was out of work at that time b/c if I had the money I def would of bought it but it is what it is. Yea I'd like to build it to about 200 whp if possible that's why I'm trying to find out as much as I can. It's like you said sk I know I have to spend some money to build it right but just wanna buy the best reliable parts I can afford.

Ok guys so I was doing some quick research on the cams and cam gears when I noticed that with the toda cams it deactivates the vvt-i. Why I have no clue but my ? Is would it be better to keep the vvt-i or deactivate it? I thought vvt-i was a good thing. Is it not for adjusting the timing to improve performance? If that's the case then why turn it off?
