New never installed headers black ceramic coated headers with down pipe. Bought them for my car but when I went to installed them the owner before me decided it would be a good idea to weld the down pipe to the catalytic converter so that said I didn't bother to get piping done to the car. It comes with all the flanges and bolts that it brought. They will fit any corolla/ celica/ prizm with the 1.8L engine. I'm asking $60 for them
