OK I'm new to the whole corolla scene and I'm wanting to take my 4afe motor and put the 7afe top end on it. Ive read about it being done the other way around and I'm just trying to get some ideas of what would need to be done to make this happen.
Thanks Rob

Get a 20v head and put some gze internals in a 7a block. Then you'll be killing them

The heads are the same. There would not be any different if you were to interchange them.

^ yup....he's a friend of mine and we drove from Louisiana to Florida to SR7. He did alot of work, but to drive it all the way says something about it's dependability

I've seen the same builds and no issues. The only difference in the 4afe is they have no egr that I've seen. I'm with them go 20 valve.
