my intercooler pipes would blow off all the time after stepping on it a few times, so i came up with this idea so they would stop blowing out. because it sucks to be pulling away from someone and then POOFF....there goes the boost...and your win too. it might look a bit odd but it works, you need to get the hang of it and play with it on a pipe you do not need so that they come out good. take your time and dont do it too close to the edge nor too far inside. so here it is: this is how the end of the pipe looks when they blow off: this is how the end of the pipe should look so that it doesnt blow off: tools needed some kind of tape, electrical tape came to be useful and did the job, a nut the size of a nickel, and pliers similar to those in the pic step 1: place nut on pliers and tape step 2: roll the tape step 3:bring the pipe into the mouth of the pliers with the nut going inside the pipe step 4: press hard so that it dents the pipe step 5: go all the around the pipe and then you have the finished product! now you can do the rest of your pipes and never worry about them blowing off!

That's pretty cool actually.... except you've screwed up your airflow lol. You can get good pipes that have rolled ends.

Not bad for someone that wants to do it on a budget.
