i am starting my debate on which coilovers i should get for my 10th gen and was wondering if yall could give me some ideas as far as pricing and reviews of yours i am trying to have to only buy one set instead of wanting something else later on down the road. any input would be great. ive been starting to look at the d2 racing rs coilovers anyone have an opinion on them?

Pretty much anything that costs around $1000 is gonna be great, long-lasting street coilovers. I always recommend to spend $1000 to avoid the cheapest without going overkill.

Personally I would avoid the D2's completely. I've heard nothing but bad things about them over here and if you're looking for a good quality set of coilovers that ride nicely then look elsewhere. BC Gold's usually have pretty good rep.

D2=Ksports, MeganRacing, BC racing, are from okay to good and BC's are a good one. if you are balling then KW's

well i looked them up and the bc coilovers for my car are about a $50 difference than the d2 im not a big fan of the gold i know i could paint them but one of the guys on the 10th gen forum has those and he had to buy different springs to get the back the same level as the front. and im not sure if its because he put it down to far or not because he scrapes all the time. and they say they are only 30 levels of dampening versus the d2 which is 36 way adjustable

well did a little more research and its only about a $25 difference i dunno if both have free shipping or not but are they really that different they are both around the same price the d2 site says they normally sell for $1500 and the bcs sell for $999 the d2 has 36 way adjustment and the bc only has 30 way adjustments and btw kw doesnt make coilovers for this gen yet

BC coilovers have a standard and a super drop kit if you call and ask they can do custom spring rates for you at no extra charge.. D2's of all the people i know they bought em for 1000 or little lower from other store's. Ksports are the exact same as d2's if you look around might find a deal on either one of them two.
Go thru online store most offer free shipping.
I seen some use 9thgen coils on the 10thgen before companies started making em for your gen.

The standard BC doesnt slam all the way down like Ksports/D2 do. If you ask the company they can tell you the rates that come on the coils then look at the 10thgen forum to see how they like the ride of it.

The extra drop kit is a shorter shock body, so that the same height setting sits the car lower.
Spring rates are changeable free of charge. Get higher spring rates for a stiffer ride (for slamming). I've got 14/12 rates, the default option was 10/6 I think.

I'm in Maryland lol.
The drop kit is also free, and it's an inch or two shorter.
