Well when I bought my cluster with tach for my AE92 it was plug and play. I believe it should be similar. All the wires are there just not being used by the reg cluster.

ok sweet, and how hard is it to roll back the od since the new tach has more miles?

i was also wondering if i would have to get the correct oil pressure sending unit since my 4ac car only has the light and the new cluster has an actual gauge?

i just did the gts cluster swap but my tach doesn't work, my fx is a us car and the doner cluster was also from a us car. on a side note the OD piece from the gts cluster was no good so i had to mod it and use the OD from my non tach cluster.

I don't think the odometer would affect the speedometer...make sure that the cable is connected all the way to the cluster.

well i mean it's the part that the cable plugs into, i had to use that whole part from my old cluster since i wanted my old od in the new cluster. but the new cluster was messed up and i couldn't use it. so it's reading 100 mph on the gts gauge face when im doin 70 mph. so i think it's the fact i using my old od/speed part in the new cluster

well i messed with the cluster a bit, i found a tension adjustment for the speedo spring so i moved that and now my tach is getting power and moves up to 1k and stops but it moved slowly on its own. not with the revs..
