So recently after going and doing some j turns and donuts for the hell of it, my power steering has been acting up. It now makes a loud noise when being used as well as it went out once.
The time it went out was just for a second though, like I backed out and was turning the wheel around so i could get out of where i was, and i just had no power steering, but then it kicked in from then on out.
As for the noise it's like that noise when you turn the wheel all the way to one side and it sort of "Grinds" except that noise is always when i turn at low speeds.
The level of steering fluid is full, and all belts are fine, I don't really know much more to check. But anyone got any ideas?

Sounds either like the pump or rack and pinion but more on the pump being bad

I guess it's my pump as all my belts seem to be fine. any DIY's for replacing it?
