This is a DIY on the right side transmission mount on a 1.8 automatic Corolla .
Raise the car slightly then place another floor jack under the transmission raising it till you see it touch the engine . This is to keep the motor from tilting .
Remove the air intake box and then you can remove the bolts from on top .
Where my finger is pointing you have to go under the car and remove to bolts .
Then you remove the center bolt of the mount
From this point you remove the bracket from the old mount and the two rubber heat shields and put them on the new mount .
Now when you put the new mount on you might have to raise the motor , In this photo I had to use screw drivers to line up the center bolt because the new rubber in the mounts sat higher .
Put everything back the same way you took it off and there you have it .
