My cluster dint have the RPM and I bought one with it, I plug everything and everithing work fine but the RPM...

Sounds like you need to run a wire to the right spot on the distributor

Most of the time it's plug and play, but I have heard on some it was not.

How can I do it, the distributor have 3 cables. Does anyone have done this before??

Find these wires under the hood and tap into the black one (under the green wire)

Ah I forgot about the cluster side. There is a DIY on TN (originally from Cardomain before it took a dump) so I found the pics with a quick Google search
